Your infographic research checklist
Use this after the module. Keep the company’s numbers separate from a brand’s numbers.
- Company identity: name, logo, founder(s), year founded, headquarters, and main products or services.
- Ownership: public or private; parent company and familiar brands where relevant. If you choose a brand, identify the publicly traded company behind it. If the company is private, ask your teacher whether to choose a public company for the stock section.
- Stock snapshot: ticker, exchange, share price with date/time and currency, and market cap with its date.
- Company performance: annual revenue and profit (net income), labeled with the reporting year and units such as millions or billions.
- Price history: a chart with dates and a labeled dollar scale; write one accurate sentence about the trend.
- Business outlook: one evidence-based growth opportunity and one risk. Avoid promises about future returns.
- Sources: link the original sources and record when you accessed them.
